How long do I have to appeal?
Generally 14 days from delivery.
Can I appeal an uncollected decision?
Deemed delivered after 14 days from first notice.
How much does a WSA complaint cost?
The court fee is 100–500 PLN. The client pays it directly to the court; it is not included in the law firm's fee, which is agreed separately.
Does losing at SKO mean it's over?
No — WSA (30 days) then NSA remain.
Do you handle cases outside Toruń?
Yes — across all Poland.
